Outlook 2007 appointments have moved an hour earlier

I'm using Outlook 2007 and I've recently had issues pairing with my PDA,
where there was an hour difference. I eventually fixed the problem by
removing the partnership and re-added it when the times were synchronised and
now the problem has gone.

However, the problem is that all of my appointments in Outlook on my PC have
been shifted forward an hour. Is there anyway I can put them all back an hour
in one swift move?

Check the Time Zone setting (both the Windows setting and Outlook's). If
it is wrong the appointments will correct themselves when the zone is
changed. But if your PC clock/zone is correct then I don't know.

Hi Tim,

How can I go about doing that? I'm still trying to work out the cause of the
problem as to try and seek a fix.

For Windows: right-click on the system clock and choose "Adjust
Date/Time". There you will see a button to adjust the Time Zone (this is
for Vista...it may be slightly different in WinXP...I don't remember the
exact steps but the idea is the same).

For Outlook: Click on Tools - Options - Preferences - Calendar Options -
Time Zone..."

It was because I didn't tick the Summer Time tickbox in Outlook. Thank you
ever so much for the assistance.
