outlook 2007 and outlook 2002

one computer has 2003 and one has 2007, both versions have the same POP mail
account attached. never been a problem before but all of sudden today-2007
will not send/receive any mail, 2003 will. also any mail opened in 2003 will
no longer come over to 2007. these are on business computers, but our company
is too small for an IT dept so I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
 
Verify that you have the option set to leave a copy on the server for X days
on both clients.
