alot of the training material on the microsoft site is
about outlook 2003 - is it released yet? if so - where do
i find it? if not, anyone know when?

Is it only at specific levels of Volume licensing?

Excellent questions and I can only suggest that you call your local
Microsoft representative. (I've been able to nail down getting the keys,
but not media.)

Yes, I have my key, but could not find any information as to how to download
the media.
