Outlook 2003

WHe I close Outlook 2003 on an XP machine it does not
seem to close properly. Icon left in righthand tray.
When try and open outlook again it doe snot open.
WHy?.

I have to go in to services to kill th ejob each time?
Not a good indication for outlook 2003. Maybe I return to
the old version.

I have the same problem in our office but on multiple
machines. It's getting frustrating as we spent a lot on
Exchange2k3 and the outlook updates. Anyone know how to
fix?
