Outlook 2003

"can't open this item. outlook has already begun
transmitting this message"

I get this message when I try to open a message that I
tried to send using my Outlook 2003. I can not delete it
stop it or remove this hung message. Any solution?

Have you tried setting Outlook to offline mode (check the File menu)? Set
it, restart Outlook then try deleting the message
