Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how can I get my emails from the ISP to come automatically
from the server to my outlook? It seems like each time I want to check my
email, I have to hit the send/receive button. This seems like a new
dysfunction as I just recently had to reinstall Outlook 2003 due to error
problems. Any help is appreciated.

What are the settings here: Tools menu > Send/Receive > Send/Receive
Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups
