I can't open a weblink that appears in the body of an email. I get a message
to conntact my administrator...I am the administrator. A setting must have
changed or something. I use MSN as my email address and was working fine
until today. Help

So are we to guess just what that error says and what kind of URL you're
trying to click?

It Says," This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your administrator." Does that help you?
