I just accidentally deleted all the items in my inbox and in the deleted
folder. I also just deleted items from the deleted folder as I was trying to
restore all of these e-mails.
Is there a way that I can restore these e-mails?
This happened less than an hour age.

So if you are in the Deleted folder and click on tools and then click on
"recover deleted items" is this where you also deleted the items. If not you
can Highlight the items and restore them. Otherwise you would need to recover
from your latest network backup?

That will only work with an Exchange server account and if the admin has enabled the Recover Deleted Items option.

To the OP, can you try this: http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/restoredeleteditemsfromanoutlookpst.htm

After furious head scratching, Aldo asked:
