Outlook 2003

I can not receive incoming emails but I can send emails. I have no error
messages can anybody offer advice I have been unable to receive mail for 8
days having performed detect and repair and various trouble shooting
techniques.
 
Hello Kate,

You may find that your connection to your Provider is not made. Try going
into the email setup procedure and checking that your settings are valid for
your email accounts, by which I mean the correct settings for incoming and
outgoing servers. Mine, for example are as follows, with GMX as my provider:

Incoming emails: pop.gmx.net
Outgoing emails: mail.gmx.net

Your provider should have given you these settings when the system was set
up originally.

Then validate by clicking OK and see what happens.

If this doesn't work, try the whole operation from scratch, checking each
entry you make meticulously.

Then try the automatic test procedure in Outlook's email setup programme.
