how reinstall outlook 2003

I receive an error message after sending emails and Outlook restarts. Detect
and Repair doesn't fix this. Check Disk and Scan Now have no effect.

How can I reinstall Outlook 2003 without having to reinstall the whole
Office 2003 Suite?

A uninstall/reinstall is unlikely to help
What is the *exact* err msg and what type of account, eg pop,imap or?
