Outlook 2003

Hi I have outlook 2003, word is the editor, I recently switched from express
after purchasing the office 2003. When I want to put in a signature I run
into a problem.
I go to insert>autotext, and I should find signatures here but it is not?
I know I must have screwed something up in my uneducated attempts, but don't
know what. Is there a way to reset? Reinstall outlook? or XP? I need this
function and don't want to go back to express. Thanks Brad.

The signatures are found under Tools, Options, Mail Format.
