Outlook 2003

Some weeks ago I recieved an error message 0x80040900 after hitting on
Send/Receive - I couldn't solve it so I used the 'System Restore' and it
worked fine. The only thing that had changed was I had installed Service
Pack 2, but using System Restore I no longer had it.
Today I went to Microsoft downloads and again used the automatic download
for Service Pack2 and again I cannot reive emails through Outlook.
Has anyone got any suggestions - other than dumping SP2!

Reinstall the application after SP2 updated.
