Outlook 2003

Hi.

I've been using Outlook 2003 for a while now without any problems until
now.
For somereason when i try to send an email if get a message popping up
saying

Microsoft Office Word ' Interface not registered'

Anyone have any ideas as to the problem and solution to this please?
