Outlook 2003 won't print pictures since installing SP3 and IE7

Yesterday I installed SP3 to Office 2003 and IE 7.

Prior to the patch and update I could see and print pictures in emails fine.

Now they won't print and it doesn't matter whether I'm printing an email I
sent or an email I received.

The pictures view fine, they just won't print. I get the red x inside a
square instead.

I've gone through every Tools/Option and Print setting I can find in Outlook
2003 and can't find a setting that fixes this problem.

Any ideas?

I did some more testing and found that I can get some pictures & graphics
located on servers to print if I edit the message, and then select "Send
Pictures from the Internet" under the "Format" menu.

Three strange things about this. (1) I'm already seeing the pictures and
graphics on screen. (2) If this setting controls sending the pictures to the
printer, it would make more sense to have it under page setup. And, (3) some
graphics still don't print. Oddly enough, the one that won't print has a
flag that pops up saying "Blocked:http://" followed by our web site URL.
