cannot print HTML from outlook 2003

Hi,
Some HTML emails will not print from Outlook 2003. I think it is something
to do with the security zones that the email uses.
which of the security zones should I be looking at to see why it cannot print

I have already done:-
updated to the lastest service pack
reinstalled,
detect and repair,
removed and reinstalled,
edited the message changed it to text file and it prints.

I am on IE6 and every other Office app works fine along with IE. They all
print fine.

Any Ideas

Hi Diane,
It doesn't print at all. Nothing happens when you click print icon or
file,print.

does it happen with all html messages or just some? if some, can you
identify anything that is similar between them?
