I can't get Outlook to boot up even in safe mode. When I double click it
starts and freezes with another little box to the left titled "configuring
outlook accounts" and in it "creating welcome message" if I try to close it a
"program not responding" error report pops up. If I wait awhile another box
pops up saying"The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
Well I don't know what to do to fix it please help.
Thank You,
Selena

What has happened is that an Exchange account was accidentally setup. To fix
it you need to create a new profile and either setup a POP3, IMAP, or HTTP
account, if you have one, or when prompted to add an account, click Close and
OK.
Then delete the Outlook profile.

Thank you for the reply so fast. It fixed the problem right away! I must have
fiddled around for a good hour getting very frustrated. I almost gave up,
thanks again!
