Outlook 2003 with total access from earthlink email

I have gone to the website and found instrutions on how to use outlook 2003
with earthlink email. But it does not work. or the test are okay but it
sometimes says earthlink email is not working or I get an error message which
is ox8004010f I would apreciate any help. Happy New Year

The error message is what I the numbers I wrote below. It does send a message
to my earthlink mailbox but I can not send or recieve any messages. Thankyou.

The error message is the number code listed below. So I get a test message
from the outlook manager to my inbox of my earthlink account and but that s
all.
