Outlook 2003 with Business Content Mgr

I just hooked up a new pc and it came with Office 2003. I see Business Content Manager in Outlook but I don't see the "Business Tool" dropdown box on the top menu bar. In trying the tutorials, it keeps referencing this toolbar.

Can anyone tell me how I can get that dropdown box on my toolbar??

What do you mean when you say you "see BCM [sic] in Outlook"? Did you actually run the separate setup program for Business Contact Manager?
