As far as training goes, is there much difference between 2002 & 2003?

We are getting Outlook 2003 as a replacement for GroupWise and want to offer
some training. Not everyone has Outlook 2003 training available. Many firms
just offer 2002.
Is there any/much difference for basic training purposes?

Outlook 2003's interface has a lot of differences.

Considering Outlook 2003 has been out nearly 2 years, if a company does not
offer training in 2003, I think you should go with a more proactive
company - one that isn't 2 + years behind the times.
