Outlook Pseudo-Post Office

I have a small training lab set up for my grade school students, teaching
them how to use Outlook 2003. I recently ugraded from 2002, and since then,
I cannot get the "ms-mail" program to be recognized when setting up e-mail.
I suspect that 2003 does not like the program, which worked in 2002.

Is there a trick to getting it to work... or is there another program out
there that can replace "ms-mail"?

Thank you for your help.
