Outlook 2003 View

When I open an email, my zoom has been reset to a
percentage so small it can't be read - how do I change
this default. It is a pain to change every email I
open. It was correct yesterday.
 
Nothing is selected. Now my font color is white.

can you change the view|text size to medium or anything? are you using word
as your email editor? you should be able to change the color of your font
in tools, Options, Mail Format, Fonts...
