Outlook 2003 unable to send or receive

I have out look 2003 I have removed the e-mail account and set it back up
again and it still isn't working I have contacted our ISP provider and they
were not help. The error message is
Task 'mye-maill.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is
unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'

I am not the only one receiving this e-mail message others using the same
version or outlook are getting the same message.

There's something improperly specified in your account settings or you have
the problem described here:

I am not the only one receiving this e-mail message others using the
same version or outlook are getting the same message.

They, perhaps, have the same problem you do.
