Outlook 2003 - Two accounts = Two PST files. Can it be done?

I have an existing pop3 account with 1GB or so of associated folders in it's
PST file.
I now want to connect to my company's Exchange server and the resultant
offline mail to be stored in a seperate PST file. I want to do this under a
single profile.
How can this be done without all of the pop3 mail ending up synchronized
back to the Exchange server?

POP accounts and an Exchange account in the same mail profile will always
share one set of folders as the default folders. If you want your POP mail
to go to a second PST, you can sort them with rules.

Note that offline mail storage for an Exchange account is an OST file, not a
PST file, if you're accessing the Exchange server via an Exchange account.
