Outlook 2003 Tools Options Apply button grayed out (not available)

We installed Office 2003 using the transform file and have just discovered
that we do not have the option to save any modified settings in the
Tools/Options window. The Apply button is grayed out at the bottom of the
Options window. This is not good as our users cannot change their settings
and keep the changes they have made. Any guidance would be greatly
appreciated.

We discovered that if we unchecked the reminder box for the Calendar, the
apply button became available. Another interesting tidbit, a user was
attempting to change the way his contacts were displayed and it cannot be
accomplished through the Tools/Option window. Check Help for Display the
Contacts list in LastName, FirstName format and follow those directions as
there are three steps that must be followed. It was not our transform file
but just the way Office 2003 works.
