Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003 on New PC - transfer old Emails

My old PC has Outlook 2003 and my NEW PC has Outlook
2003. I want to import/migrate my emails and addresses
from the OLD PC to the NEW PC.
The import options assume you are using older versions of
email applications so I have had no success.
