Outlook 2003 Tasks

I have a team member in a remote city who cannot seem to receive Outlook 2003
Tasks which have been assigned to her. She's connected to the same email
server (Exchange) as the rest of the office, and receives all her other email
with no problems. She's running Outlook 2002. Any suggestions?
 
I don't have a solution (as I have raised a question in this discussion group
about incompatibility between Tasks in Outlook 2003 and backleveled versions
of Outlook)...but thought the info I found in Outlook 2003's Help might be
helpful to you..do a search on "pst" and check out the one
called..."Determine the Personal Folders file (.pst) format" and read item #4
about incompatibilities with previous versions of Outlook...this might be a
reason for your problem.
