Outlook 2003 starts only in Safe Mode - no disabled items - help

Cannot start Outlook 2003 in regular mode - it only will start in Safe Mode.
I have no disabled items. What else can I do to help?

What error do you get when you try to start Outlook normally?

Your reply solveed my problem when I renamed outcmd.dat to outcmd.old and
restarted Outlook. Works great now. Thanks a million.
