Outlook 2003 SP2 keeps closing / crashing

Outlook 2003 keeps closing / crashing on some of the user's pc XP2 SP2 now
and then. We just upgraded to office 2003 SP2 and a few of our user's are
seeing outlook close / crash now and then. Has anyone had a similar issue
and is there a fix?

I am having a similar problem when oppening hyperlinks or if I use Word as
the email editor. The only way out is the "three fingered salute." I have
been trying to find the answer but no luck so far. I asked to be notified of
a reply to one of my posts and the only thing included was a hyperlink, no
URL, that I cannot open!!!
 
We are having the same problems with Outlook 2003 closing/crashing on a
laptop with XP Pro, SP2. Both Windows and Office are updated to current
updates. We've removed Add-ins,d disconnected network drives, and run
scanpst.exe. Nothing so far has helped. There doesn't seem to be any one
sequence that causes it to crash.
