Outlook 2003 SP1 - Cannot send URLs

When sending a URL, I get the following message in my Inbox from System
Administrator":

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: steam
Sent: 4/26/2005 11:17 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'(e-mail address removed)' on 4/26/2005 11:17 PM
552 5.7.0 Illegal Attachment

I have already added the Level1Remove key with .url to the registry at no
avail.
Appreciate your help.

That appears to be a Yahoo! server message.
