Outlook 2003 undeliverable message

hi,

I am using Outlook 2003 to send out email through Exchange 2007 server. I
was getting an error when using Reply to all to reply email. After send out
an email the following error message is send back from SYSTEM.
If I create fresh new message it will send out with no problem.
I had google it for a solution however, can't find a good solution.

Hoping someone has a ideal to solve the problem.

Dear VanguardLH,

Thanks for you reply. In the address list some of the recipient is internal
user. The email address is correct. I was checked it before. I had tried to
using different email (same recipients) and click reply to all to send out
without any problem.
I think it might be a problem of the email. i require to make further
checking while you are thinking the solution.
You opinion give me a good hints.

Probably because when you send out a new e-mail then you are using the
correct e-mail address for all recipients. When you reply, you rely on
the sender using the correct e-mail address of all recipients. If they
entered an invalid e-mail address (and "CY" by itself certainly seems an
invalid string since it is NOT an e-mail address) then you get the error
that no such recipient exists. So did the sender but you weren't the
original sender to see that "CY" didn't get the originally sent e-mail.

When replying, YOU will need to verify the e-mail address of each
recipient is valid; otherwise, you are relying on the original sender
specifying valid e-mail addresses - but the original sender might have
gotten some of them wrong.

Another possibility is that CY's mail host was too busy at the time you
sent your reply. The NDR (non-delivery report) that you got back
doesn't really say the recipient is undefined but rather that your
e-mail could not be deposited in their mailbox when it was received.
Well, maybe there is a problem with whomever is CY's e-mail provider.
Maybe CY's disk quota is totally consumed so no further e-mails can be
accepted into that mailbox.

I also use Outlook express 2003 and can't reply to emails.

When i receive and email, i can click the reply button and compose a reply.
When i send it the email is returned. The address that i attempt to reply to
is correct but it is undeliverable. What i am needing to do at the moment is
cut and paste a reply into a new email window.


Is there anyway that i can fix this problem so that i can reply to emails? I
think that the issue may lie with my Outlook software.
