Outlook 2003 slow to close

Hi there,
We are running Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2000 Server. I have one user
who is having a major delay when closing Outlook. We are all running in
Cached Mode so there really doesn't need to be a Send/Receive done at the
end. Well this person, who is running in cached mode, has the Send/Receive
window pop up when closing and it's sitting there for a number of minutes
before finally closing. Does anyone have any idea why this would be
happening?

It is set up to perform an Automatic Send/Receive on exiting. Tools ||
Send/Receive || Send Receive Settings || Define Send Receive Groups
