Anyone know if you can change signature files "on the
fly" in Outllok 2003 or do you have to go to Tools >
Options > Mail Format each time?

Either that or directly from;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

When composing a new message using the Outlook editor, you can click the
down arrow to the right of the Signatures button and select the signature
you want. When using Word for an editor, you can insert whatever sig you
want with AutoText.
