Outlook 2003 Signature

J

John Fanton

I have setup multiple email accounts in Outlook. I have also assigned a
signature to a non-default email account. If I set it for reply it works
fine. However, I cannot get the signature to add to a new email message.
It works for the default account, but not when I change the account to
something other than the default. I think this used to work, but not now.
Anyone with any ideas please reply by email.

Thanks

Do you have an automatic signature set for every account, both for new
messages and for replies/forwards?

No, I only have a signature set for 1 (not default) of my 4 accounts managed
with Outlook 2003.

Sue,

Your message prompted me to try setting a "blank" signature for my default
account. Once I did that, all the others worked just fine. Would have been
nice if this little detail was included in the Outlook help file.

Thanks,
John
