Outlook 2003 signature button grayed out

In Outlook 2003...

Tools > Options > Mail Format tab

The 'Signatures' button on this tab used to add a digital signature is
grayed out, I am unable to click on it.
Any suggestions?

Have you set up an email account yet?

If you are using Word as email editor, the signature tab will be greyed out.
If you are using Outlook's editor, make sure you have set up signatures to
use.
