outlook 2003 shuts down computer when trying to send e mail

I'm trying to send an e-mail with attachments and when I do I get a blue
screen with a message and my computer cycles off and restarts. The problem
is that every time I start Outlook it trys to send this e-mail and it again
shuts down my computer. How do I start Outlook with it sending pending
e-mails? If I can do this I will delete the problem e-mail.

What is the exact error message? What is logged to the Event Viewer?

if the problem is a stuck email (in the outbox), start it with the /nopoll
switch and immediately set it offline (file menu) - then try one of the
