Outlook 2003 Shortcut Bars

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. I regularly used the large icons of the
shortcut bar in Outlook 2000. I liked to switch between Inbox, Sent and
Deleted regularly. I can do this in the Navigation Pane, but the Icons are
so small, and the buttons at the bottom of the Navigation Pane are not shown
for these three folders. How can I get the large icons back or something
comparable?

I need the old style shortcut bars too. Another post mentioned using the
tool bars to control the navigation pane. This still isn't the greatest but
does allow you to get a complete list of folders and the tree structure
below. My problem is that my users haven't accepted the new Navigation Pane
and want the old outlook back.
