Outlook 2003 - share calendars

I share calendars with some of the people in my office. I
recently updated to Outlook 2003. Now the net folders come
into my email and I can't open and they don't post to the
calendar. In Outlook 2000 the net folders popped up for a
minute then went to the calendar and disappeared from my
email. How do I get this to work between Outlook 2000 used
by others and Outlook 2003 used by me.
