Outlook 2003 sent messages does not leave outbox

I have a problem, like many other, with email's that just ends up in the
outbox when I try to send them. I have gone through the other posts in the
subject, but nothing of this solves my problem.

I have Norton Internet Security 2005, and have tried to turn off "check
outgoing email".

The weird is that it has worked perfect just until 2 days ago. Then suddenly
not a single sent message leaves the outbox. It is italicized and got a
"sent" date. But the email never reaches its recipient.

I'm running Win XP SP2, Outlook 2003 SP1.

Someone who can help me?
 
I'm having this same problem which also occurred a couple of days ago, i can
send e-mails as a reply but not new messages, let me know if you find a
solution
 
I have the same problem. Searched the web & this portal but can't find a
solution. Let me know if you have the solution. Thanks.
