Outlook 2003 sending issues

I tried to send an email with a video attachment made from Windows movie
maker and now the email has not been sent since yesterday and because it has
started transmitting I cannot delet it according to the dialogue I get when I
go to options. How can I delete this email? Thanks in advance.
