Sending issues

I tried to send an email to a friend with a video attachment made with
Windows Movie Maker (29mb) and it hasn't left my outbox in two days. I can't
delete it and if I try to go to options I get a message that says can't open
becaust this has already started transmitting. I would like to delete this
from my outbox. Thanks in advance
