Outlook 2003 "Send/Receive Groups" question

My question is about Options/Mail Setup/Send-Receive. In "Send/Receive
Groups", I have a Group Name of "All Accounts."

The phrase "All Accounts" seems to imply that there is way to list each
email account seperately, and then choose which email accounts will be active
for a particular Outlook session. Two people use this Outlook. They would
like to use the same inbox. However, John would just like to use his account
while he uses Outook, and Mary would just like to use hers. So, is there a
way so that when John and Mary open Outlook, each person can then choose for
"(e-mail address removed)" or "(e-mail address removed)" to be the active account for that session?
Put another way, what is the alternative to "All Accounts?" Presumably it
is some number fewer than the total number of email accounts that have been
set-up. How can you set-up an alternative to "All Accounts"?
