outlook 2003 running slow

I have office 2003 installed on my pc everything is fine other than outlook
which is running so slow it takes 2 - 3 minutes just to open and about the
same time just clicking on any email to open. Its very stressful. Could
someone please help me with this.....Thank you

Make sure Outlook is not running in Cached Exchange Mode.

Just uncheck the box under Tools-> Email accounts
