Just did a clean install of Outlook 2003 and when I try to load Outlook, I recieve the following mesage
"A systemcomponent, RPC, required by Outlook to connect to the e-mail server is not configured properly.

Other XP machines on the network connect to Exchange 2003 without issue. I can also use the OWA to get email on this machine but not directly through Outlook

Any ideas?

Check to see if the following keys are present. If not, add them.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols]
"ncacn_np"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_ip_tcp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncadg_ip_udp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_http"="rpcrt4.dll"

Thanks! That did the trick. That info should be in the KnowledgeBase...
