Recently upgraded users to Outlook 2003.
Their PST are shared on their Home drives (mapped network drives)
problem is that Outlook is unable to display the folders the first time you
open Outlook, you have to close Outlook and open it again and then you can
access the folders.
The issue did not occur before upgrading to Outlook 2003

Any suggestions?

Note that connecting to pst-files stored on a networkshare is not supported
or recommended by Microsoft.

Is this everytime or the first time they open Outlook after the upgrade?
Also, is the homefolder marked to be available off-line as well? If so;
exclude it and try again.
