Outlook 2003 pst backup

I've downloaded and installed the pfbackup.exe and installed it. But, it
does not show up under the file menu. I've rebooted,
uninstalled/reinstalled; everything I can think of and it still does not
show up.

Any ideas?

Outlook version?

It should be under the Files menu in Outlook, right?

Start Outlook, click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins>Add.
Browse to C:\Programs Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Addins\outbak.dll,
select it, and click OK. Stop and restart Outlook. Now check the File
menu. If you're using Smart Menus, be sure to expand the menu fully.

I have a similar problem with some of my users.

Win XP Pro
Office 2k3

PST backup add in loaded, works for a while then the check mark in the Com
Addins is gone. If I put the check back in it gets removed once I hit ok. I
have the latest ver of the backup tool. I have uninstalled, rebooted,
installed, rebooted and still the add in shows in the Com Addins window but
is not active.

Anybody have any thoughts?
