Outlook 2000 How to get PST Backup working?

I downloaded the Microsoft utility PST Backup (pfbackup.exe) for Outlook 2000.
After loading it, no reference to backup appeared on the Outlook file menu
as stated.
Reinstalled everything, including Outlook with same result. Any ideas?

Other thought: I am interfacing with Simply Bitware - Could that cause the
problem?
