Outlook 2003 problem

When attempting a mail merge in MS Word from MS Outlook I can not get the
field “spouses name†to auto fill with the “first nameâ€.


Here’s what I’m finding.
While in Word’s mail merge, add the address block. Specify the address
elements, choose “Joshua & Cynthiaâ€. Click match fields, Spouse first name.
No matching category in the drop down.

I’ve spent a couple of hours trying to find the solution… Please Help!!

Why would you not ask in Word's mail merge group? This is a Word issue.
There I suspect they will tell you immediately that you would never use the
address block in a mail merge.
