Outlook 2003 on laptop

I have a desktop and laptop both running XP on the same wireless
connection. Outlook 2003 is running fine on my desktop, but when I try
running Outlook on the laptop I receive a message saying I am missing
the Microsoft Exchange server. How can I make Outlook also work on the
laptop?

Assuming that you only use the laptop to access a POP3/IMAP/SMTP server, you
should remove the Exchange transport from the mail profile. Easiest way is
to go to the Mail applet in the control panel, mail accounts button, and
then select view/change existing account settings.
