Outlook 2003 not receiving from IPS after SP2

Hi,

My IPS is Comcast Cable. I have had them for about 2 years. I have always
been able to recieve by mail through Outlook. I am now running Outlook 2003
for about 8 months. About a month ago I downloaded and installed SP2 and
Media Player 10. I can no longer get e-mail through Outlook. I get error
messages that it can't connect or find the server and contact my ISP. My ISP
won't support Outlook and since I got Office from my university neither will
Microsoft.

What is strange, is that OE works and even stranger I tried connecting to my
ISP through Outlook (with SP2 loaded) and it worked. I have not upgraded to
MP10 yet on my laptop.

Does anyone have any suggestions besides finding another OS to help me with
this problem. I like Outlook.
