outlook 2003 not reading email from outlook 2007

Email received and forwarded along with email created on outlook 2007 on
VISTA machine not received on outlook 2003 on a WIN XP SP2 machine. Does
outlook 2003 require tuning to read 2007 outlook email?
 
No. Have the Outlook 2003 user turn on diagnostic logging to see what is happening to the messages sent to the Outlook 2007 user.
